PROFESSIONAL RESIDENTIAL INSPECTIONS
Whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned veteran, the purchase of a home is an exciting experience. Paramount to the success and satisfaction of a home purchase is the understanding of, and confidence in, the property. The Adler/Cox Group maintains that client satisfaction is intrinsically linked to the client's understanding of the inspection of the property. Our inspection consists of a thorough non-invasive examination of the visible and readily accessible systems and components of the property. We strongly encourage our clients to accompany us during our inspections and ask questions as they arise.

Services
Inspections: The Adler/Cox Group provides inspection services for the following:
- Single family home sales
- Condominium & Co-op sales
- Pre-settlement walk-throughs
- Pre-listings
- Non-sale related home assessments
As all properties are unique, the full inspection scope and fee is determined at the time of scheduling on a per-property basis. Inspections start at $250.00.
Radon Testing: $125.00
Consultations: Telephone consultation for our clients is available at no additional cost.
The Inspection
Our inspection consists of a thorough and non-invasive examination of the visible and readily accessible systems and components of the property and is inclusive of the following (if applicable):

The Report
Upon completion of the inspection, the client will be provided with a comprehensive report consisting of the following:
- An on-site computer generated, detailed and bound inspection report including summary.
- Digital photographs highlighting items of note.
- An extensive verbal explanation of the report and its findings.
Scheduling & Payment
Scheduling: Requests for inspections can be made over the phone
or via our website. To request an inspection via the web-site click
on "Inspection Request Form" in the menu section located on
the left side of the home page. Upon confirmation of the inspection
request, a detailed proposal outlining all services to be rendered along
with a copy of our contract will be forwarded.
Payment: Payment in full by either check or money order is requested
at the time of inspection.
